Flavors of Peru is back, on November 19th, in Washington DC, at Las Canteras Restaurant. This is the cuisine that legendary French Chef and Culinary writer Auguste Escoffer called one of the best in the world and Chef Todd English just called the next big thing. Cocktails begin at 630PM, and guests will be introduced to a Multi-Course Peruvian Dinner at 7PM, that includes our Ceviche, Causa, Lomo Saltado and a Lucuma Mousse, paired with our PiscObama Sour, Cuzquena beer, Inca Kola and wine.
